The Canada Day 2005 celebrations at Palliser Park included a Boat Building and Boat Race.  Contestants were provided with duct tape, a saw, screws and a few sheets of plywood and foam.  The results were amazing and best of all nobody drowned!   Congratulations to all contestants who entered.  Hopefully we will see this event continue in the future.
